Application for Congregational Mini-Grant
The 2012 Year of Interfaith Understanding has been awarded a grant from the Grand Rapids Community Foundation to encourage and help congregations participate in this project. If you would like financial support for an interfaith expression, please consider applying for a mini-grant to help defray the costs of organzing such a program.
Please email the completed Mini-Grant Application Form and the Tax Payer ID Form for your congregation/religious organization to Whitney Belprez at email@example.com to apply. Once you have applied, make sure the expression is also registered on our website here.
Once your mini-grant application has been approved, you will need to distribute and collect the Participant Evaluation Form during your interfaith expression. This, along with the Interfaith Expression Evaluation Form, will need to be returned to the 2012 Year of Interfaith Understanding within 30 days of the expression.
Interfaith Expression organizers must agree to the Purpose and Protocols statement available here. Mini-grants are intended to average $500 in order to involve the maximum number of congregations. Priority will be given to expressions that attempt to involved multiple faith traditions, and/or in some way cross faith lines.
Any other questions or concerns, please email Whitney at firstname.lastname@example.org
