Learning Outcomes Chart:

     In order to enhance student learning, the Division of Student Services develops programming that includes specific learning outcomes for students. In doing so, we hope that students will more clearly define learning opportunities available in specific programs. We also intend for identified learning outcomes to be useful to faculty in directing students toward specific programs that may connect with in-class activities.

These specific learning outcomes we have included in our program descriptions reflect many of the goals of GVSU's General Education Program.

Students engaged in learning which happens congruently in and out of class have cited better understanding of the material they are being taught.
