Students admitted to this program will count up to 12 credits of graduate work in partial satisfaction of the requirements for the undergraduate degree. Students may dual-count select classes toward the B.S./M.S. degree. Students are encouraged to meet with the graduate program director to ensure all requirements are met. The program requires completion of 84 credit hours. The degree requirements are designed to offer a comprehensive and rigorous program of study, encouraging the synthesis of information across didactic coursework and clinical experience. The curriculum consists of 52-55 credits that are hybrid - online with some in-seat meetings, simulation and culinary laboratory experiences. Supervised practice includes clinical, community, food management and area of specialization rotations located in Michigan and surrounding states.
