The degree is 30 credit hours divided into three components: 18 hours in the degree core area, nine hours in the administrative emphasis area, and a three hour culminating experience designed to apply the knowledge, skills, and dispositions acquired throughout the program in an internship/practicum.

Application Deadline

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The deadline for fall semester is May 1, international, and July 1, domestic; winter semester is September 1, international, and November 1, domestic. The $30 nonrefundable application fee is waived if the applicant has previously applied to GVSU.

Program Deposit

Students accepted into the program must submit a nonrefundable $500 deposit to hold their seat. If the student matriculates into the program, the deposit is applied to their first semester's tuition.
