I formed a singer-songwriter trio in 1976 and we performed around campus, singing some favorite songs from the mid-70's. Then, we started writing our own tunes - my English background served me well:)

I was lucky enough to have my Honors freshman sequence downtown. I enjoyed exploring and learning about the city of Grand Rapids.
Getting through swim practice with my teammates and learning in the PE methods classes taught by Dr. Patti Rowe.
I have so many favorite memories at Grand Valley, it's difficult to name just one!
Being an RA on campus was such a fun time. Never a dull moment and SO many stories are still talked about. My best friends came out of that experience and we are still close now!
