Distinguished Alumni & Outstanding Educator Awards
Maryjean Schenk, '77 and Kathleen Underwood, professor of history and Women and Gender Studies, were presented with two of the Alumni Association's most prestigious awards at a reception and dinner on Friday, December 7, 2012. Both were also recognized in front of graduating students at the Van Andel Arena during commencement on Saturday, December 8, 2012.
