Recovery, Arts, and Entrepreneurship in Post-Katrina New Orleans, Veronica Kirin - The first few minutes I'll give background of my history in the Gulf, validating my knowledge and experience while giving the audience some solid background of the fiasco recovery was. Then I'll do the bulk of my talk on the arts, beginning with the satire that is used to overcome the silly politics and hard times. Finally, I'll roll into the artisan scene, bringing me to entrepreneurship, which will wrap up the talk.
