How to Order:
1. Obtain a Dining Authorization Form from Michelle Golightly in the Office of Student Life.
2. Stop by the ClassicFare Catering Office in 0101 Kirkhof Center to place your order.
3. Be prepared to supply your student organization name, advisor name, and the date and time of your order pick-up.
4. Orders may be picked up Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, or by special appointment.
Please remember to place your orders with the Catering Office three business days in advance. If the order is not placed three business days in advance, there will be a late fee (10% of the entire order with a minimum fee of $10.00).
The Student Organization Menu is designed to keep your prices low for fundraising and special events. It is an alternative to full service catering on the GVSU campus. Once the order is placed, your organization is responsible for pick up, set up, and clean up.
As per GVSU policy, anything that we can provide has to be bought through us. Therefore, food waivers will not be given for items found on our menus.
If you are looking for a special menu, we have an excellent culinary staff that can assist you with a customized menu.
