  • Registration Permit Requests - Can be submitted on/after March 10, 2014.

  • Prerequisite Waiver Requests - Can be submitted on/after March 10, 2014

(If you submit your form electronically, it must be submitted in the original PDF format. Please do not submit altered versions of the form using other software.)

 

  • Closed Class Permit Requests - Will not be accepted until 3 PM the Monday after the tuition payment deadline for each semester. Permits submitted prior to the times listed below will be discarded.

Spring/Summer 2014               Accepted after 3 PM Monday April 28, 2014
Fall 2014                                   Accepted after 3 PM Monday August 18, 2014
Winter 2015                              Accepted after 3 PM Monday December 15, 2014
