1. Reminder found on Barter Board regarding deliveries
The mailroom staff is experiencing major difficulties lately when trying to deliver mail/packages when they don’t have the most recent updated information on where the recipient is located. There are a few ways everyone can help:
- Make sure your letters and packages are addressed with your name, department name, building.
- Department admin – please update People Finder for everyone within your department if you have relocated or if some employees have moved to new locations. Add any new hires that are now working in your area.
The mailroom depends on this to find staff when no other information is given to us by the address. We will do all we can to deliver mail but may have to return-to-sender if all else fails.
Feel free to call with any questions. Mail room (616) 331-3858.
