Faculty Fulbright Information Session & Reception
Friday, 15 March 2013
University Club, DeVos Center lobby (GVSU Pew Campus)
2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Presentation and Questions/Answers
3:00 to 3:45 p.m., Reception to meet with previous GVSU Fulbright awardees
Are you planning to apply for a sabbatical leave in the next year or two?
Have you had a desire to spend some time teaching and/or researching in another country?
Consider a Fulbright! Applying is far easier than you think, and your chances are probably better than you imagine. Three GVSU faculty are currently abroad in Winter 2013 on Fulbright grants.
GVSU’s campus representative for faculty Fulbright awards, Mark Schaub, will present an overview of Fulbright awards available to most GVSU faculty. The reception from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. will provide opportunities to talk with previous GVSU Fulbright awardees
Most awards for faculty and outbound scholars require U.S. citizenship.
To sign up, go to www.gvsu.edu/seminar and select FTLC sessions.
For additional information, contact GVSU faculty Fulbright campus representative, Mark Schaub schaubm@gvsu.edu
