Sara Vasquez (BA Theatre) is Directing and Performance Journeyman for Lexington Children’s Theatre in Lexington, KY. Under that title she directs and is serving as artistic director on a brand new project called 3for300. According to the 3for300 Facebook page, the initiative is desined "to provide new opportunities in all levels for our staff and audiences onstage and offstage. Our challenge is to put on 3 different shows, on 3 different days, rehearsing 3 weeks per show, with a total audience of 300 people."

She also assistant directs, performs on stage, plans special events, assists in casting and hiring, teaches classes, creates newsletters, assists the artistic director, and coordinates a the many details that theatrical productions necessitate.
