Who: Any sabbatical eligible CLAS faculty are welcome

On the 17th we will overview the application process and provide consultations for your proposal ideas.  On the 18th you will work on your draft, and on the 19th we will provide you with constructive feedback for what you have drafted.  Lunch will be provided on the 17th and the 19th.   

Can’t come to the workshop?  The CLAS FDC will pre-read any draft for you over the summer. Simply email your draft to Heather Van Wormer (  Several members of the FDC will read it and provide feedback and suggestions to you.

Don’t forget the deadline for faculty to submit a proposal is now September 1!

Thank you to those units that updated the Presidential Honor Roll information related to student service learning, research, internships, and interfaith opportunities.  If there are units who still wish to submit its updated information, this is the final week before the College sends its report to the Office of the Provost. Please contact Mary Schutten  if the unit’s information provided by CLAS should be resent.
