Coursework for Certification is now an Online Program with exception to fieldwork which can be at any approved location in Michigan!
Upon completion of certification requirements, students may continue coursework toward the master's degree in secondary education or another approved program. Interested students should contact College of Education Student Information and Services Center at (616-331-6650) to schedule an appointment with an adviser.
Program Requirements 
The Graduate Teacher Certification Program leads to a M.Ed Secondary Level Education. Upon completion of the GTC program, students may take addition coursework to obtain the masters degree.
