EDS 463 - Educational Practices and Procedures: Cognitive Impairment

In-depth exploration of strategies used throughout the life span for persons with cognitive impairments. Includes: accurate and unbiased assessment, creation of learning environments that foster enhanced life skills, communication skills and academic success, and development of transition services that span school and community settings. Prerequisites: Successful completion of prior coursework. Three credits. Offered winter semester.
