Intercultural Training Certificate now housed in Brooks College

Dr. Regina McClinton has joined the Liberal Studies Department as a tenured associate professor. In addition to her scholarly and teaching expertise, Dr. McClinton also brings a new program and a new institute to Brooks College. Dr. McClinton is the founding Director of the successful Intercultural Training Certificate (ITC) Program at GVSU which provides opportunities for students to develop skills in communicating and working with diverse communities. For more information on the ITC certificate program, see http://www.gvsu.edu/itc/ Dr. McClinton also plans to develop the already approved Institute for Intercultural Teaching and Learning which will provide workshops for a range of constituencies. Her new office is Room 343 Lake Ontario Hall.
