CSAL alumni have accepted positions in higher education as resident hall director, residence life coordinator, assistant director of housing, assistant director of student life, director of student activities, director of study abroad, and programming and graphic design coordinators. Other alumni work in academic advising, alumni relations, recreation, admissions, multicultural life, Greek life and student leadership development. Positions obtained outside of higher education include sales representative, communications manager, community development director, youth minister, and additional full-time graduate study.
