The GVSU Charter Schools Office sponsors Campus Visits for 8th and 11th graders throughout the academic year.  Included in this sponsorship:

  • Small group workshops facilitated by GVSU students on the importance of college and how to get in.

  • Lunch for students, teachers, and chaperones

  • Campus Tour

  • If available, a motivational speaker can be arranged. 

  • Up to $1000/school bus reimbursement

Eleventh graders are invited to visit in the fall and eighth graders are invited in the winter/spring.  

If you know you would like your class to participate, please submit your information as soon as possible.  We will only be able to accommodate a set number of students, so reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Once our campus visit sponsorships have run out for the year, feel free to work directly with the GVSU Admissions Department to set up a visit for you school.
