Early Alert Referral System for Faculty and Staff

The Early Alert Referral System is designed to identify and assist students who are experiencing academic and other difficulties during their time at GVSU. The system provides faculty and staff a convenient means to make referrals to the Early Alert and Student Success Program advisors. Once a student is identified through the on-line referral form, the Early Alert and Student Success Program advisors will attempt to contact and work with the student providing assistance and referral in an effort to improve the student's opportunity for success at GVSU. Simply log-in, complete and submit referral form. You will be notified regarding receipt of your referral. Thank you for your participation in this important retention initiative.

Please login using your Novell client login including your department container (the "dot your department" at the end of your username) and password. The Novell login is the first Username and Password you use when you start up your computer. For example, if your name is John Doe and you work in Human Resources, your Novell client login may be "doej.hr".

If you do not know your department container, please contact the Help Desk at x12101. They can provide it for you.
