Abstract

Our engineering senior project involved the redesign of a machine used for assessing the quality of fuel injection nozzles in aircraft. The machine functions by generating fluid circulation through the nozzle and conducting tests on key parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the test fluid. Our primary objectives encompassed integrating a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface), enhancing safety and reliability during the testing process, and optimizing the machine's footprint for improved maintenance convenience.
