Speaking Event Request
To assist us in serving your needs, we ask that you complete this form as part of an invitation for Vice President B. Donta Truss to speak at your event. We recommend that you submit your request at least two (2) months prior to the event to allow enough time for our office to review, schedule, and respond to your request.
Please note the following:
- Submission of this form is not confirmation of the participation at the requested event.
- The schedule of Dr. B. Donta Truss is subject to change at any time. If such a situation arises, a member of the staff will contact the initiating individual/department and, if appropriate, suggest an alternate representative.
- Once your request is received, you will receive a response from the Division of Enrollment Development and Educational Outreach within ten (10) business days.
- All photos/videos taken at the event may be requested by the Division of Enrollment Development and Educational Outreach.
