What: Topics covered at orientation will include: how to check-out Fitness Stairwell keys and equipment, location of Fitness Stairwell, familiarization of posters and guided exercise plans, stairwell rules, and safety tips.  

Where: Orientations will meet in the lobby near the front desk of the CHS building. The Fitness Stairwell is located at the southeast corner of the CHS building.

*The CHS Fitness Stairwell is open to all GVSU faculty and staff and provides guided exercises on each landing of the stairwell!
