American business needs to find ways to assure that the diversity and inclusion, espoused at the top, resonates at the “business” levels of organizations.
Not every instance of undeserved disrespect, slight, or wrong visited upon myself by a white person is a reflection of racism. We need to call it as it is and get past it.
What is “institutional racism?” Do any of us know? I know racism exists in small and large ways. However, we can no longer allow ourselves to be its victims. We need to get past it!
