This workshop is for anyone who would like to examine their nutritional habits to make improvements in order to feel and perform better. From competitive athletes to recreational athletes or students looking to do their best, this workshop will have something for everyone.
-Participants will be able to identify how their nutritional habits affect their performance
-Participants will be able to make choices that will improve the quality of their nutrition
-Participants will be able to understand how meal quality and timing can improve their performance
-Participants will be able to understand the physical effects that caffeine has on performance and well-being
