Indoor rock climbing is a full body workout that offers physical and mental challenges in a way that is sure to get your adrenaline rushing. Let our experienced staff help start you off on the right foot by teaching you the fundamentals of indoor rock climbing. This hands-on course will cover, safety, basic equipment, & fundamental movement on the rocks. Due to time limitations, belaying will not be covered.
