Healthy sleep habits are crucial to students' academic well-being. The Getting a Good Night Sleep program will assist students in recognizing the benefits of getting enough sleep and the detriments of sleep deprivation. Furthermore, the program will provide students with practical tips for improving the quality of their sleep.
