Attendees will learn full details about the Healthy Choices program for benefit eligible faculty and staff offered by GVSU Health and Wellness. The program includes participation in the annual Know Your Numbers Clinical Health Risk Assessment and annual online wellness activity tracking. Upon completion of the requirements, members qualify for incentives! Participants will understand program goals, requirements and have the opportunity to review the online web tool in detail during this presentation. Learn more
