DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:GVSU Yoga Club offers a free guided Yoga class every Sunday at 8pm in the Dance Studio of the fieldhouse.  All you need to do is show up (preferably with a mat or a towel to practice on) and bring comfortable clothes. \r\n
We provide instruction for beginner and intermediate skill levels- it's a great way to try yoga for the first time or learn a few new poses.
