He recently retired as the full-time carillonneur for the Springfield Park District in Springfield, Illinois, where he also served as the Director of the renowned International Carillon Festival. In addition, Keldermans has been Carillonneur for Concordia Seminary in St. Louis since 2000. He was President of The Guild of Carillonneurs in North America for five years and served on the Board of Directors for nine years. He is a recipient of the prestigious Berkeley Medal for "Distinguished Service to the carillon art."\r\n
