	We all can think of a time when unresolved conflict has had a negative impact on our mood, our productivity, and our overall emotional health.  This workshop will introduce some new ways of thinking about conflict and some practical tools for talking about the hard issues that affect our lives and our work.  Jonathan Hodge, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Assistant Chair in the mathematics department at GVSU and is passionate about empowering people to engage differences and manage conflict constructively.  He is currently completing a Master's degree in negotiation, conflict resolution, and peace building from California State University-Dominguez Hills.  To register visit www.gvsu.edu/seminar.\r\n
