This workshop is for anyone who would like to examine their nutritional  habits to make improvements in order to feel and perform better.&nbsp; From  competitive athletes to recreational athletes or students looking to do  their best, this workshop will have something for everyone.&nbsp; \r\n

Learning objectives:\r\n
-Participants will be able to identify how their nutritional habits affect their performance\r\n
-Participants will be able to make choices that will improve the quality of their nutrition\r\n
-Participants will be able to understand how meal quality and timing can improve their performance\r\n
-Participants will be able to understand the physical effects that caffeine has on performance and well-being
