DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Vincent DiMartino is one of our country's most sought after trumpet performers and educators. Recipient of the endowed chair of Matton Professor of Music at Centre College, DiMartino is equally known as a jazz artist. He has been the lead and solo trumpet in the Lionel Hampton Band, the Chuck Mangione Band, the Clark Terry Band, and the Eastman Arranger's Holiday Orchestra. He has also been soloist with symphony orchestras across the U.S.\r\n
A member of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra trumpet section, Bill Lucas is also a member of the faculty at the University of Michigan. An active member of the freelance, jazz and chamber music communities throughout Michigan and Colorado, Lucas is also a prolific arranger for small ensembles.\r\n
The Tim Froncek Trio will be appearing with DiMartino and Lucas.\r\n
