Orienteering is a must-have skill for anyone who is interested in traveling in the backcountry.  This half-day clinic will begin with an indoor classroom session to explain the basics of reading a topographic map, plotting coordinates, and navigating with a map and compass.  Once participants are comfortable, we'll head outside to put your new skills to the test on a temporary orienteering course in the ravines.
