Hosted by Grand Valley's Veterans Network and Student Veterans Organization, this event is intended as a welcome and to help "new students" who have served, or currently serve with the US Armed Forces, in easing the transition from military to university life.

The format will include a welcome from University officials, presenters from both university and community agencies that provide resources for veterans and their family members, an opportunity to meet other veterans (students, staff and faculty), and resource tables.

Refreshments will be provided.
