Description:
The GVSU Sustainable Agriculture Project (SAP) is a collaboration between students, faculty, and staff to experience sustainable agriculture on the Allendale Campus. The SAP Farm Stand sells seasonal produce utilizing organic farming practices in the lobby of the Kirkhof Center during the Winter semester and at the Transformational Link throughout the rest of the year.
Example of winter produce available: lettuce, carrots, cilantro, kale, scallions, and turnips.
Produce is subject to change based on season and weather conditions.
