The GVSU Sustainable Agriculture Project (SAP) is a collaboration between students, faculty, and staff to experience sustainable agriculture on the Allendale Campus. The SAP Farm Stand sells seasonal produce utilizing organic farming practices. Example of spring produce available: parsnips, radishes, lettuce, spinach, kale and Swiss chard. Produce is subject to change based on season and weather conditions.
