Please join us for the Senior Dance Concert Fall semester on Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8th at 7:00pm.  Our Senior class directs and choreographs their first mainstage production. 

Each Senior Dance student choreographs a solo and group work for the concert and traditionally choreograph a group work specifically for the graduating class.  We encourage our dancers to collaborate with other disciplines to cultivate an enriching performance experience with theatrical and artistic elements that represent their personal aesthetic. 

The Senior Dance Concert is in conjunction with the Senior Capstone course DAN 495, in which Senior Dance students learn how to self-produce their own choreography, execute technical theatre techniques, audition performers, conduct rehearsals and design and construct costumes.  Senior Dance students also work with archiving their work through photographers, videographers and promotional materials such as: press kits, press releases, posters, programs and video-editing.
