Soul Food Café is an annual program that Rev@Campus hosts. This event echoes the sense of community and connection that is central to Soul Food and Poetry. It will allow interfaith based organizations as well as other organizations to participate in a clean (language) open-mic night and a poetry slam. Giving students the opportunity to present their talents and gifts of spoken word or singing to the Grand Valley community. Soul Food Café received the opportunity to be featured as a part of the intercultural festival. With this opportunity it brings awareness to faith organizations, so more students know about them. There will also be reward for the performers with blessing Grand Valley community with their talents and gift with donation from the University Bookstore.
