Did you indulge in a little too much mashed potatoes and gravy? Angry at that Thanksgiving turkey for tasting just too darn good? Well get some revenge on that Thanksgiving feast and join us for a fun post-Thanksgiving day fitness fusion workout, a delicious medley of Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, athletic conditioning, resistance training and more! No previous experience necessary. We'll learn a bit about how to stay healthy during the winter holiday season and conclude with some healthy treats. Hope to see you there!
