Description:
This advanced, 8 week training is geared towards developing muscular strength and endurance utilizing traditional and non-traditional training techniques. High intensity workouts will be included and participants must have prior strength training experience. Are you up for a challenge?
Sessions meet Tuesdays and Thursdays Sept 25th-November 16th from 6:15pm-7:45pm.Pre-registration is required and can be done online here.
