Come join the Weight Loss Challenge aka WLC. This challenge meets every week to weight in and have nutritional lessons. The goal of this challenge is to create a positive environment where you can learn and get motivated to lose weight and change yourself so you can life a healthier lifestyle. There will be an overall winner based on most percentage of weight lost that also receives a trophy and a second winner for most inches lost. Weekly winners will get small prizes for their great work (based on % of weight lost that week). This is the 3rd WLC. The past two have been a major success. Being the previous winner, I lost 51 pounds (24 in the first challenge, and 27 the second)showing you that this can be a viable option to get you up and motivated. It takes effort, but if you put in what you got, results will come! Place: HighTree Apartments apt. F2 This is off campus, but the 37 bus has a stop right in front of the apts. It runs every 7 min or so.
