Welcome to Event Services
Event Services, an integral part of the Office of Student Life, is responsible for providing services to the Grand Valley State University campus community. Event Services is responsible for reserving space in the Kirkhof Center, Cook DeWitt Center, Henry Hall Atrium, Lake Ontario Hall Room 167, and outdoor event areas. In addition to reserving meeting space Event Services also reserves media equipment for campus events. Located on the main level of the Kirkhof Center, Suite 1110, Event Services is the first place to come when you begin to plan your event! We can help you with reserving space for meetings, concerts planned by GVSU related organizations, dances, conferences, and other events held here on the Allendale campus.
