We also reserve the Cook-DeWitt Center, Arboretum, and outdoor spaces near the Clock Tower. Reservations for winter semester 2027
Event Services will begin taking reservations from Registered Student Organizations for winter semester at 8 a.m. on November 30, 2026.
Submit your request in one of the following ways:
- EMS WebApp*
- Email [email protected]*
- Walk-in—1110 Kirkhof Center
Please note:
- Requests submitted before 8 a.m. via the WebApp or received via email will be declined.
- Eboard Members may submit reservations on behalf of their student organization
- Remember to update Suitable (LakerLink) with incoming board members! If you have questions regarding LakerLink, please contact [email protected].
