Room prices are a flat rate.  The room cost covers setup of the room only (tables and chairs).  Any audio/visual or catering is an additional charge.  A 6% sales tax will be added to the room cost.  A 25% discount is offered to students, faculty/staff and alumni of Grand Valley.  The 25% discount is only applied to the room cost.

Booking/Billing Information

• Rooms can be held tentatively for 10 days without payment.
• After 10 days the tentative hold will be canceled if no payment has been made.
• A tentative hold will not be considered confirmed until proper payment is made. (Payment must be made within 10 days of the tentative hold)
• To confirm your room reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the room cost must be made within 10 days of the initial hold, along with a signed copy of the rental contract (emailed to the customer when request is made).
• Payment can be made in three ways:
  • Cash
  • Check: payable to Grand Valley State University (GVSU)
  • Credit Card:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
