This cost covers a two (2) hour block of time for a rehearsal the evening before the wedding ceremony and a six (6) hour block of time the day of the ceremony.   The entire building is yours for this time period. Any audio/visual are charged in addition to the room charge. A 6% sales tax will be added to the room cost. A 25% discount is offered to students, faculty/staff and alumni of Grand Valley. The 25% discount is only applied to the room cost.
 
Booking/Billing Information
 
  • Rooms can be held tentatively for 10 days without payment.
  • After 10 days the tentative hold will be canceled if no payment has been made.
  • A tentative hold will not be considered confirmed until proper payment is made. (Payment must be made within the 10 day tentative hold)
  • To confirm your room reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the room cost must be made within 10 days of the initial hold, along with a signed copy of the rental contract (e-mailed to the customer when request is made).
  • Payment can be made in three ways:
    • Cash
    • Check: payable to Grand Valley State University/GVSU
    • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
