Welcome to Event Services

Event Services, an integral part of the Office of Student Life, is responsible with providing services to the Grand Valley State University campus community. Event Services is responsible for reserving space in the Kirkhof Center, Cook DeWitt Center, Henry Hall Atrium, Lake Ontario Hall room 167, and outdoor event areas. In addition to reserving meeting space Event Services also reserves media equipment for campus events. Located on the main level of the Kirkhof Center, Event Services is the first place to come in the planning stages of events on campus which includes reserving space for meetings, concerts planned by GVSU related organizations, dances, conferences, and other events held on campus.
