How to Schedule an Appointment
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is to call the GVSU Family Health Center at (616) 988-8774. You will need to provide basic information including your full name, date of birth, etc. We also ask about your insurance coverage.
With insurance information, we can let you know if your visit can be covered. If you are uninsured and have a low income, please ask our receptionist about our sliding fee scale.
If you are unable to call, you may also come to the GVSU Family Health center to schedule your appointment.
