Disbursement of Aid

How you will receive your aid monies:

All financial aid that you have accepted and for which you have done the necessary paperwork will show as a credit on your student bill.  If you are a new student to Grand Valley you will receive your first bill by paper from the Student Accounts Office.  All current students receive their bill information electronically.  All students can view their eBill online through the My Banner system.

If financial aid is missing as a credit on your bill there could be something you haven't done yet.  Review the "Why Isn't My Aid On My Bill" to help you find what is missing.

Excess Financial Aid:

If the financial aid you receive is more than your eBill you have excess financial aid.  Students with excess financial aid can sign up for direct deposit in My Banner under "Student Accounts."  If you do not sign up for direct deposit any excess financial aid is mailed to your permanent address the second week of classes each semester.
