Peer Learning Programs

The Pew FTLC staff respond to the needs of the faculty and the campus community. Our programs foster dialog and community-building around teaching and learning.

The First Year Faculty Mentoring Community is a program designed to acculturate new faculty to GVSU. Click above for more information.

Faculty Learning Communities

Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) bring faculty together to work on projects of mutual interest. This coming year, we will offer several new FLC opportunities. Each FLC consists of a facilitator and a group of 8-12 faculty.  All faculty are eligible to participate. The groups meet over the course of a semester or year, working on either collaborative or parallel projects.
