Halston Raddatz, a sophomore majoring in computer science, is the winner of the Art2Park Parking Permit Contest sponsored by the Grand Valley Police Department.

Students were asked to design a GVSU parking permit that will appear on about 15,000 vehicles for the 2014-15 academic year.

Raddatz received a plaque from Police Chief Renee Freeman showcasing his design. He will also receive a free parking permit for next year.
