Spring and Summer Parking

Parking on Allendale and Pew Campuses Spring and Summer Semester 2013

All Faculty/Staff lots, meters (pay to park) and designated areas on campus are enforced year round. 

Beginning April 27, 2013:  Students may park in any Student Commuter lot legally until 3 am during the Spring and Summer without a permit.  Overnight parking on campus is accommodated in Residential areas on the Allendale campus and a permit is not required. 

If living or visiting the Residential lots on Pew Campus, you will need a permit.  Please stop into Pew Campus Security at 102 Eberhard Center to obtain this Pew Residential permit.

Helpful Parking Tips:
- Failed Meters are NO PARKING ZONES
- Overnight parking is NOT allowed in Student Commuter Lots.  Cars parking overnight must move to a Residential Lot.  If on the Pew Campus, you will need a parking permit.
- Citation payments or appeals are available online within 24 to 48 hours of citation issuance.  You may pay or appeal citations online at:  www.gvsu.edu/parking
- All unpaid citations are moved to Student Accounts or Collections after 40 days.
